Chief (Dr.) Samuel I. Adegbite (OFR) an accomplished industrialist, lawyer, distinguished banker, a renowned strategist and a board room icon is the Chairman of Oasis Insurance Plc.He was called to the Nigerian Bar as Solicitor and Advocate, Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1971.

As a successful banker, he had work in Standard Bank of West Africa (now First Bank), National Bank of Nigeria, NAL Merchant Bank and became the longest serving bank chief executive in the history of banking in Nigeria having served meritoriously as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Wema Bank Plc (1983 – 1998).

Chief (Dr.) Adegbite is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Bankers, London and Nigeria (FCIB), Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administration (FCIS) and Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).He has also won laurels such as Bankers Merit Award 1994, Business Merit Award 1995 and NTA Award for Excellence 1996 and holds Honourary Degree of Doctor of Business Administration, D.B.A. (Honoris Causa), Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH, Ogbomoso, Oyo State.His hobbies include Swimming, Jogging, Art Collection and reading.

He is happily married and blessed with children and grand children.

He is the Managing Director of Oasis Insurance Plc. He was the former Managing Director/Chief Executive of ACENICO Plc before he joined Oasis Insurance Plc.

A 1985 graduate of Insurance from the University of Lagos and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London, Oshadiya’s working experience spanned over 15 years in the insurance industry which included a stint with the Insurance department of the Federal Ministry of Finance.

He held top Management positions in Hapatona Insurance Brokers, Metropolitan General Insurance, NEM Insurance Plc, ACENICO Plc and now, Oasis Insurance Plc.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria – FCA. He qualified with the Chartered Institute of Cost and Management Accountants (CIMA) U.K. 1996 and Chartered Association of Certified Accountant (ACCA) UK 1967.Chief Odeyemi was Audit Senior at Cooper & Lybrand, Birmingham 1967-69 before joining JKN Ltd. In 1969 as an Accountant/Admin Manager.

He is the current Chief Executive Officer of the company.He is on the Board of many companies either as Chairman or Director i.e. JAO Investment Co., Cutler Hammer Nigeria Ltd. etc. He is also the current National President of the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture.

He was President and Chairman of Council of Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry between February 2002 and December 2003. Chief Agboola Odeyemi is a member of Metropolitan Club, Lagos, Christian Friends Society, Archbishop Vinning Memorial Church Cathedral, Lagos and patron of some other Christian and social clubs.

He is a Rotarian (and a Paul Harris Fellow).In recognition of his contributions to his various callings he has received academic professional, traditional and national awards. He won Rubbery Owen Prize for the Most Distinguished Student of the year 1965, Meritorious Service Award, Federation of Construction Industry – 1989. He is the Obasewa of Ife (the source) and national Honour of Member Federal Republic (MFR.

She is currently the Executive Vice Chairman, Moni Pulo Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading oil services companies. She is also the Chief Executive of Rachael Hotels Limited. Mrs. Lulu-Briggs is a seasoned administrator and astute businesswoman.

After a brief stint in the civil service of Rivers State between 1975 and 1976, she joined the Design Research Centre, a private firm as Office Manager in 1977. It was from there that she began her foray into the financial sector in 1982 when she joined the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as Youth Corp member.Between 1983 and 1990 Mrs. Lulu-Briggs rose rapidly from Senior Supervisor to Assistant Data Centre Manager.

She left the CBN 1990 as Head, Computer Operations to join Oceanic Bank International as Assistant Manager responsible for administration. She rose to become the Deputy Branch Manager.With her vast experience in banking spanning administration, data processing credit and marketing, Mrs. Lulu-Briggs was engaged to establish and manage the PH Township Community Bank from 1993 to 1995. Mrs. Lulu-Briggs is a graduate of Institute of Data Processing Management, London.

She has attended specialized training programmes and courses within and outside Nigeria

Mr. Olutoyin Okeowo is a graduate of The University of Wales Institute of Science & Technology where he obtained a Master’s Degree in Management Science & Technology. He was a lecturer in the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Lagos before resigning to join the family business in 1986.

He is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Metropolitan Motors Limited (an accredited Dealer of Toyota Nigeria Limited in Nigeria). He is also the chairman of many companies i.e, Daewoo Autoland Nigeria Ltd, Mitob Ventures Ltd, TMJ Properties Ltd, etc. He is also on the board of VT Leasing Ltd, and Mainland Trust Ltd (a member of Nigerian Stock Exchange).He is an active member of the Anglican Church in Nigeria. He is currently the Treasurer of the Diocese of Lagos West (Anglican Communion) and the Treasurer of the Supra-Diocesan Board West comprising of 40 Dioceses.

He is a member of the governing council of the Archbishop Vining College of Theology, Akure, Emmanuel College of Theology, Ibadan and Ezekiel College of Theology, Ekpoma.He is also member of the Governing council of the Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo.He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School and a former member of the Governing Council of the Alumni.He is happily married with children.

Mr. Yomi Adewusi had his first degree from Obafemi Awolowo University with B.sc Economics and later went to Universities of Benin and Lagos State where he obtained Master’s Degrees in Banking & Finance (MSC) and (MBA) Financial Management respectively.

Mr. Adewusi joined Wema Bank Plc in 1981 as Officer Audit & Inspection. Between1983 and 1995 he rose to become a Principal Manager, Head, Advances & Recovery. By 1995 and 2004 he had a stint with Wema Securities & Finance Plc (Wemasec) as General Manager and later become the Managing Director. Due to his diligence and commitment; he rose to become Executive Director Commercial Banking & Public Sector, Wema Bank Plc.

He left Wema Bank Plc and its Subsidiaries as a Board Member in its different set up in the year 2006.He is currently the Chairman/CEO of Y.A.A. Investment Limited. He is also on the Board of many companies as Chairman or Director. i.e MIC Microfinance Bank Limited, University Press Limited e.t.c.

Mr. Omosehin is a First Class graduate of Accounting from University of Ife (now OAU), a Chartered Accountant who also holds an MBA (Finance) of the University of Ibadan.

He has over 20 years cognate experience in the Banking industry covering credit and marketing, business development and relationship management, treasury operations and branch management, mortgage and real estate development. He left the service of Equitorial Trust Bank Limited in December 2005 after 15 years as Principal Manager and joined Suburban Trust Savings & Loans Limited as Managing Director.In May 2007, he joined Oasis Savings & Loans Limited as General Manager and was elevated to the post of Managing Director/CEO in January 2008. With effect from January 2011, Mr. Omosehin became the General Manager in charge of Business Development in Oasis Group Limited after about four years stay in Oasis Savings and Loans Limited.

He is also a Director in John-Bytone Integrated BDC Limited. He is happily married

Mr. Fowora is an Executive Director in Oasis Insurance Plc. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with vast experience in the manufacturing and service sectors of the economy.

He was a Regional Accountant with the Nigerian Bottling Company Plc before joining Oasis as one of the pioneer staff.

Mr. Adegbite Adegoke is an Executive Director Finance & Investment in Oasis Insurance Plc. An alumni of Cass Business School, He is also Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants with vast experience in the financial services of economy.

He was a specialist Financial Accountant with Ogier Fiduciary Services before joining Oasis Insurance Asset Management. He has held senior management positions in Ogier Fiduciary and Standard Chartered Bank.

The Executive Director, Marketing, an administrator and a marketer, Olatunde Balogun started his Insurance career with Great Nigeria Insurance Company and has worked with various Insurance Companies in various capacities before joining Oasis.

He qualified as a Chartered Insurer in 1990 having completed his Chartered Insurance Institute, London examinations. He holds a B.Sc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the Lagos State University and he is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.

He lectures Risk Management and other insurance subjects.
