He is the Managing Director of Oasis Insurance Plc. He was the former Managing Director/Chief Executive of ACENICO Plc before he joined Oasis Insurance Plc.

A 1985 graduate of Insurance from the University of Lagos and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London, Oshadiya’s working experience spanned over 15 years in the insurance industry which included a stint with the Insurance department of the Federal Ministry of Finance.

He held top Management positions in Hapatona Insurance Brokers, Metropolitan General Insurance, NEM Insurance Plc, ACENICO Plc and now, Oasis Insurance Plc.

Mr. Fowora is an Executive Director in Oasis Insurance Plc. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with vast experience in the manufacturing and service sectors of the economy.

He was a Regional Accountant with the Nigerian Bottling Company Plc before joining Oasis as one of the pioneer staff.

Mr. Adegbite Adegoke is an Executive Director Finance & Investment in Oasis Insurance Plc. An alumni of Cass Business School, He is also Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants with vast experience in the financial services of economy.

He was a specialist Financial Accountant with Ogier Fiduciary Services before joining Oasis Insurance Asset Management. He has held senior management positions in Ogier Fiduciary and Standard Chartered Bank.

The Executive Director, Marketing, an administrator and a marketer, Olatunde Balogun started his Insurance career with Great Nigeria Insurance Company and has worked with various Insurance Companies in various capacities before joining Oasis.

He qualified as a Chartered Insurer in 1990 having completed his Chartered Insurance Institute, London examinations. He holds a B.Sc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the Lagos State University and he is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.

He lectures Risk Management and other insurance subjects.

The Assistant General Manager, Abuja holds a Higher National Diploma in Insurance from Institute of Management & Technology, Enugu. He started his insurance career from Yankari Insurance Company Ltd, Phoenix of Nigeria Assurance Plc and rose to the post of Regional Manager before joining Oasis Insurance Plc.

The Controller, Multi-Client Service, attended the University of Nigeria Nsukka between 1985 and1988 and studied History/Education after obtaining B.A. Hons; she proceeded for her masters’ degree in Ed Psychology in 1991 from the same University.

She began her Insurance career in 1992 when she joined Unity Life and Fire Insurance Plc and rose to become Senior Manager Lagos Zonal office. She joined Phoenix of Nig. Assurance Plc in 2002 as Head, Strategic Business Unit 3 between 2002 & 2004. She was promoted to Senior Manager, Multi-client Service in 2005 before joining Oasis Insurance Plc.

The Controller, Human Resources/Admin is a versatile and experienced Human Resources practitioner, with over 15 years experience. A Graduate of Business Administration from Yaba College of Technology and holder of Masters in Business Administration from the Lagos State University. He is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. He served many companies including Nigeria Kraft Bags Limited prior to joining Oasis Insurance Plc.

The Senior Manager, Audit is a graduate of Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and holder of Masters in Business Administration with many years of experience. He has worked with many companies including Murhi International Savings & Loans Limited and Unital Builders Limited before joining Oasis Insurance Plc.

The Head, Head Office Annex Victoria Island, is a graduate of Political Science from the University of Lagos as well as holder of Master in Business Administration from University of Ado-Ekiti. He is a Chartered Marketer and also a Chartered Manager. He had worked variously as Zonal Manager and Group Head, Marketing with Great Nigeria Insurance, Confidence Insurance Plc and lately First Chartered Insurance Company Limited, prior to joining Oasis Insurance Plc.

Senior Manager, Business Development, 1988 graduate of Civil Engineering from Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta and holder of PGD in Business Management from Lagos State University.
She had worked in various companies such as Shelter Design Partnership as Project Manager, Prima Finance & Investment Limited as Head of Treasury and Investments before joining the Insurance industry in 1996. She started with Perpetual Assurance Company Limited as the Head of Credit Control and Internal Audit for six years, and then transferred to marketing department for her outstanding performance on the job schedule.

She was made the team leader in Broker’s Marketing before the company was finally acquired by Standard Alliance Insurance Plc in March 2007 where she was Group Head, Energy & Telecommunications before joining Oasis Insurance Plc as Senior Manager, Business Development.

She attended courses in credit administration, marketing and also the insurance of oil and gas amongst others.

The Head, Claims/Reinsurance is a graduate of Insurance from the University of Lagos.
She qualified as a Chartered Insurer in 1996 and was awarded a Fellow status of the Institute in 2008.

She has over 16 years in practice in the insurance industry which has spanned life underwriting to broking, underwriting, claims and reinsurance. Her experiences over the years have been gathered from reputable companies like African Prudential Insurance Co., Ltd, Metropolitan General Ins., Picadilly Insurance Company Limited, ACEN Insurance Plc, and Kelsan Insurance Brokers Ltd, where she was the head of Operations before joining Oasis Insurance Plc.
